**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Consult with clients to discover their investment goals, and then guide them towards the right investment vehicle to suit their needs.
- Reply to leads in a timely fashion.
- Attend team related obligations
- Be up to date and knowledgeable in the pre-construction, resale, and rental market.
- Book appointment at the sales center with the client and take client for site visit.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO (License should be transferred to Square Yards or applied for RECO license at the time of Joining)
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced work
