WHAT YOU’LL DO*
- Serve as a leader of culture in the organization, ensuring that the values are understood and lived throughout the organization
- Serve as an advisor to the CEO and other leaders on internal communication and organizational design
- Coach, mentor and empower People Operations team members to grow and achieve their career goals and ensure a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Collaboratively work with senior leadership team to help execute company level and departmental goals related to people and advise on people related topics
- Work with the People Operations team and regional leaders to design a comprehensive compensation and benefits approach that supports the acquisition and retention of top talent
- Serve as a senior leadership sponsor of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, working closely with internal diversity related employee groups
- Using data, analysis and research, keep the company informed about important people related topics and trends
- Responsible for oversight of People Operations budgets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR*
- Previous experience leading a People Operations or People & Culture team at a global and senior leadership level
- At least 15 years of experience in the field of people and culture
- Experience leading a People Operations department that operates in different international markets and countries
- Experience with scaling and growing an organization and a people team, especially experience with companies in the 500+ employee and growing rapidly
- An empathetic leader with a positive and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- A proven track record of building positive working environments and cultures in previous workplaces
- Excellent mentorship and coaching skills
