IBI is seeking a motivated individual to join our team of quality, manufacturing professionals to continue to grow our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up/Operate CNC machinery.
- Working with Manual/CNC Lathes
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Comply with company safety and work policies
- Completion of related CNC Machinist training / academic program preferred.
- At least 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use measuring instruments and hand tools
- Proficient communication skills
- Attention to detail and acceptance of responsibility and accountability
- Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) or criminal background check required
