These same attributes are extended to our students and clients who receive our world-class training and free, lifetime access to training and career support. **About The Role** The Executive Assistant completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President and the Administrative Department, including: - Organizing meetings, managing the President's schedule. - Handling correspondence directed to the President with discretion. - Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role. - Manages scheduling for our course instructors for a variety of programs. - Communicates effectively, on behalf of the President and company with clients, instructors, and internal staff. - Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. - Carries out administrative tasks to support the Finance Coordinator and Registrar. - Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the President's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff. **Requirements and Skills** - Demonstrated success and work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role effectively assisting a Senior Executive. - Expert level communication skills, focusing on empathy, kindness, and patience. - Exemplary organizational and communication skills. - Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. - Emotional maturity. - Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. - Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel (Advanced level), PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, SharePoint). - Driver's license and own vehicle desired. **About You** First and foremost, you lead with your heart.
