**Job Description**:
Provide analytical and administrative support to both the HFS Sales Support and Marketing, DRM’s and Remarketing department as well as CH Honda/Acura Sales departments. Create, analyze and distribute various, Remarketing and UVO reports to these departments as well as required dealer bulletins.

Assist with Remarketing and UVO budgeting/vendor invoices and coordinate day to day reporting with our vendors. Tend to UVO HFS & CH field requests and find solutions that help resolve their concerns and advance the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create/analyze various reports for distribution
- Honda & Acura monthly program meeting analysis/preparation
- CAP-Do’s,
- Certified/Total/UC RDR Sales, Exec Reports
- Pivot Table, sales/inventory
- Several ad hoc reports and analytical assignments
- General administrative duties
- Invoicing
- Create & publish Dealer Bulletins
- Adhoc Requests
- Preparing & providing materials for presentations

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in a related discipline, preferably in Automotive
- French language is a strong asset
- 1 year experience in automotive industry
- Strong skills in Data analytics, Microsoft Office Suite
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Expert-level knowledge of Excel (charting, graphing, pivot tables, and report generation) along with solid working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects
- Tableau experience and Knowledge would be an asset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
