Why CompuCom? (Overview):
The primary function of an Inventory Control Analyst is to monitor all activities in the Markham Warehouse and Montreal Depot pertaining to cycle couts, physical inventories,ITAD (disposal & remarketing),BIN & SKU consolidation and Inventory count discrepancies. While doing so, they must maintain a high level of quality control in the Distribution center as they interact with Internal Departments and External Teams to maintain Expected Customer Service Level Agreements.

This position reports to the Operations Director at present but may change in future.

What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

- Dealing with internal / external clients / account teams on all inventory related issues for the Toronto and Montreal depots
- Drive, organize and take ownership of the cycle counting processes and physical inventory counts for both depots
- Handle all remarketing / ITAD requests thru full life cycle of events including managing the COD (Certificate of Destruction) process
- Work with the finance teams to prepare and complete all month end billing as required for all clients serviced out of the depots
- Handle all system inventory movements to correct discrepancies, errors, count investigations
- The Analyst Level works on assignments that are diverse in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- May receive general instructions on new assignments, with the ability to determine best methods and procedures
- May provide guidance to lower level personnel.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Good problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills are also required
- Understanding of inventory systems
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience preferred.
