We are looking for **Full-Time Medical Receptionists / Administrative Assistants **to join our dynamic work environment alongside our bright and passionate team of staff and doctors.

Aqua i Laser has been proudly serving Winnipeg with eye care services since 2018 We offer routine and urgent ophthalmic care, as well as exclusive private-pay eye treatments. Our specialists treat for a wide range of eye issues which include but is not limited to glaucoma, cataracts, oculoplastics, ocular oncology, and retina. Our mission is to provide top quality eye care to our community and help bring positive changes to our health care system.

A Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is an essential clerical support role for our doctors to provide quality care to their patients every single day.

Main responsibilities of a Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Aqua I Laser:

- Scheduling patient appointments and maintaining doctors’ daily schedule
- Overseeing and managing daily patient flow inside the clinic
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of Reception desk, exam rooms and instruments, etc.
- Aiding in any additional clinical work such as inventory, organizing, clerical tasks etc.
- Great adaptability in a busy and fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong leadership and initiative
- Enthusiasm in learning new skills and taking on unfamiliar challenges
- Experience with EMR systems and/or comfortable with computers/technology
- Medical background/knowledge is an asset
- PHIA and BLS/First Aid certification is an asset

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
