What will I be doing?

As Steward & Caretaker you are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. You are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage and common areas and assisting with proper food storage and rotation. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Operate the dishwashing equipment.
- Wash, rinse, sanitize, sort, polish and store all, glasses, china, silver, flatware, etc.
- Clean all designated areas by emptying garbage's, sweeping, mopping and washing floors.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all designated areas, refrigerators and freezers.
- Perform deep cleans of ovens, grills, sinks, walls, floors, refrigerators and freezers and other equipment.
- Assist in the set-up and breakdown of buffets and banquet layouts, as required.
- Assist other associates, as needed.

Physical Requirements
- Perform medium work - exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during the entire shift.
- Ability to withstand temperature variations of both hot and cold.
