Experience with two (2) years recent and relevant experience working in a front student facing environment preferably in a college or university residence. Experience with maintaining and updating daily information such as a shift log Experience with recruitment, and training of casual staff and/or student staff Experience directing activities of casual staff and/or student staff Experience with a reservation/residence database Familiarity with coordinating the collection and issuing of keys Familiarity with coordinating staff schedules to ensure proper coverage Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to new and changing priorities Demonstrated strong customer service skills with experience promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace Excellent problem solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Intermediate skills with Excel, Word and Outlook Proven ability to work independently Assets (Nonessential): Familiarity with StarRez, Salto ProAccess Space Familiarity with U of T, the Faculty of Arts & Science, and Innis College To be successful in this role you will be: Accountable Intuitive Motivated self-learner Multi-tasker Organized Responsible Closing Date: 01/23/2026, 11:59PM ETEmployee Group: USW Appointment Type: Budget - Continuing Schedule: Full-TimePay Scale Group & Hiring Zone: USW Pay Band 04 -- $50,314. with an annual step progression to a maximum of $64,345.
