You will be the first point of contact for prospects, helping to set up meetings and lay the groundwork for future collaborations. Your responsibilities include the following and probably a few more: - Prospecting & Lead Generation: - Initial Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients, introduce our company, and assess client needs. Schedule strategic meetings to uncover business opportunities. - Sales Development Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership and Account Management teams to define outreach strategies, target industries, and client profiles. Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and outreach targets. - CRM Management & Reporting: Accurately track all outreach activities, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Provide regular pipeline updates and insights to management. - Collaboration & Handoffs: Work closely with the Account Managers to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads for deeper engagement and deal closure. - Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
