We are hiring a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator **to support all our campuses.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform the full cycle of the recruitment activities, including hiring requests, job descriptions update, job postings, resume sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, reference checks, and employment agreements preparation;
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately;
- Upload and maintain employee information in the HR management system
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding and new employee orientation, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance;
- Maintain confidentiality with all employment-related matters within the organization;
- Implement and execute HR policies as set by the Corporate Human Resources department;
- Input, upload and update employee database and prepare reports;
- Work with the campus leadership on various events and initiatives throughout the year that support and improve employee engagement.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of exposure in talent acquisition and HR generalist roles with a proven track record of success.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player with a client-centric mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A good understanding of employment legislation and regulations (ESA, OHSA, Ontario Human Rights Code, AODA, etc.)
