**WIS International** is looking for a result driven, service-oriented Inventory Supervisor
- Supervise and lead a team of Inventory Associates.
- Provide world class service to both new and existing customers.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
- Count inventory as part of a team when not supervising or engaged in other responsibilities.
- Work a varied schedule and travel to our customers locations.

We are looking for someone with the following combination of Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience an asset.
- Leadership and Training skills.
- Retail or Warehouse experience an asset.
- Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- High level of computer
- High level of computer literacy.
- Have a desire to learn the business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.

This is an hourly paid position with increases based on performance and completion of our training curriculum.

Si vous aimez travailler en équipe et visiter différents lieux de travail quotidiennement, si vous avez le sens de la réussite et appréciez la possibilité de gagner un bonus à chaque quart de travail, nous avons probablement un travail pour vous. Nous sommes toujours à la recherche de personnes motivées pour se joindre à notre équipe.
- Superviser et diriger une équipe de commis à l’inventaire.
- Fournir un service de première classe aux clients nouveaux et existants.
- Établir et entretenir de bonnes relations d’affaires avec les clients.
- Compter l'inventaire avec l’équipe lorsqu'il ne supervise pas ou n'assume pas d'autres responsabilités.
- Travailler selon un horaire varié et se rendre chez nos clients.

Nous recherchons une personne ayant une combinaison suivante de compétences, de connaissances et d’expérience:

- Études postsecondaires ou une expérience équivalente en supervision, un atout.
- Compétences en leadership et en formation.
- Expérience dans le commerce de détail ou dans un entrepôt, un atout.
- Permis de conduire et dossier de conduite acceptable.
- Haut niveau de connaissances en informatique.
- Avoir le désir d'apprendre et une volonté de saisir les opportunités de promotion.

Il s'agit d'un poste rémunéré à l'heure avec des augmentations basées sur la performance et la réussite de notre programme de formation.
