In collaboration with the Customer Service Supervisor, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent to complement our team.

**Job Overview**:The Inventory and Production Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory levels and production schedules to ensure that the company has the appropriate amount of ingredients and raw materials to operate efficiently. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Inventory and Production Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with suppliers, coordinating transportation of materials, and working with the production team to ensure that the production calendar is on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review inventory levels against sales forecasts and production schedule on a weekly basis;
- Ensure that production has just enough ingredients and raw material to operate;
- Adjust production schedule according to revised forecasts and raw material availabilities;
- Participate in the decision-making process regarding purchases and production schedule;
- Oversee Inventory and Reorder Points for all raw materials and finished goods;
- Issue Purchase Orders, confirm with suppliers, follow up on orders and coordinate inbound freight for all purchase orders once ready;
- Validate order confirmations, conditions, delivery dates and commercial documentation when need be;
- Update receiving schedule according to demanded purchase orders;
- Keep up with stock agreements and supplier’s pricing policies;
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery dates and ensure raw materials get to production on time;
- Review invoices against purchase orders and packing slips against invoices;
- Review stock agreement levels on a monthly basis;
- Keep track of suppliers’ compliance with established standards;
- Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with suppliers;
- Update raw material data base, including prices and specifications;
- Coordinate transportation of raw materials and keep track of receiving dates;
- Coordinate transportation of finished products towards retailers and partner e-commerces (Amazon FBA being one of them) and keep track of receiving dates;
- Post all inventory transfers and movements in our inventory system;
- Review theoretical against physical inventory levels on a bi-weekly basis and report to management;
- Support logistics with daily needs;
- Support Customer Experience team with inventory and logistics enquiries;
- Communicate with production team on a regular basis to ensure production calendar is on time and ensure the team has no blockers;
- Develop and implementing purchasing and production strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Administration
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, production scheduling or relavant fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have the ability to analyse and interpret inventory data and sales forecasts
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics operations is a plus
