**Orillia Optometry Clinic** is looking for an energetic and supportive **Supervisor** to join our team.

We are a progressive optometry clinic with patient care our top priority.

This full-time position will support the manager in daily tasks both administratively

as well as a clinical responsibilities including pretesting, and ensuring the optimum patient journey.

You are a motivated and positive leader, who thrives on creating and coaching strong teams.

You have a high attention to detail, and are comfortable in both administrative responsibilities, as well as sales focused

components.

You will be an active participant in the daily activities in the office.

Previous experience with EMR systems is an asset.

Exceptional Customer Service is a priority, with your friendly and approachable communication skills.

You have a minimum of 2-years as a supervisor/manager in health care, in addition to customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Leadership - providing support and guidance to staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Operations - assist with overseeing daily clinic administrative activities, while carrying out clinical functions

like pre-testing, and other key areas of the clinic to support the patient journey.

Staff Development - train, mentor and motivate staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Supporting the manager with general administrative duties
