**Shipping Supervisor**

**Location**: Leadbetter Foods - Orillia, ON

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Schedule**:Day Shift** | Monday-Friday | Some overtime and occasional weekends

**The Opportunity**

Leadbetter Foods is hiring a hands-on **Shipping Supervisor** to lead our shipping and receiving team across two production plants. This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who’s organized, safety-focused, and passionate about getting things done right.

You’ll be on the floor supporting your crew, keeping operations efficient, compliant, and team-focused.

**What You’ll Do**
- Supervise and support shipping/receiving staff
- Manage safe and efficient shipping operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy and audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, safety, and customer standards
- Promote clear communication and a positive team culture
- Collaborate across departments and shifts

**What You Bring**
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience (preferably in manufacturing or logistics)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal, written, reading)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Confident leadership and time management skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and Ontario Health & Safety regulations (an asset)
