**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop a high volume of insightful, engaging and creative short
- and long-form communications pieces that support business priorities by identifying compelling story telling opportunities from technical documents and transforming data into engaging and accessible language for internal and external audiences
- Lead the content strategy and communications strategy for the annual ESG Report and website material
- Develop presentations and speaking materials for the Global Chief Sustainability Officer
- Provide communications expertise and counsel to senior executives and business leaders to grow their sustainability-related external profiles
- Work with leaders and stakeholders across the business to identify emerging trends, innovating and adapting our communications approach as needed
- Proactively drive innovation in all aspects of ESG content and thought leadership by bringing new ideas forward on how best to tell an impactful story

**Experience**:

- A communications professional with exceptional writing skills, with 5+ years of experience building out content strategies specifically designed to build brand, relationships and revenue
- Experience in the ESG communications space is an asset, knowledge and curiosity in this emerging space is required
- Self-directed, with an eagerness to excel
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with colleagues and achieve outcomes through influence
- Ability to deliver high-level, professional work on a deadline
