Line Cook with at least **3 years of experience required**

**$18 per hour**
- Prepare assigned food items by methods/procedures under the direction of a Chef.
- Prepare assigned food items by following established menus, recipes, and quantity quotas.
- Plan quantities of ingredients required and assemble ingredients and equipment for cooking.
- Participate in the preparation and cooking schedule to meet established standards
- Prepare quality food within established production timeframes.
- Cook and season assigned food items such as soups, sauces, meats, fish, poultry, and vegetables.
- Test food items for palatability and temperature and adjust accordingly.
- Control portioning of food items to ensure recipe yield meets assigned quantity quotas.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities to enrich and advance various processes through the effective use of available resources.
- Maintain a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Indian Restaurant Cooking (as line cook): 3 years (required)
