**Summary of Key Responsibilities** (job functions include but are not limited to):
- Reconcile differences amongst regulatory guidance to inform decision-making for discovery, preclinical/nonclinical and clinical studies.
- Review of the literature and regulatory information to inform scientific decision-making.
- Update literature and clinical trials search tables.
- Assist the team with the review of clinical findings, systematic review of the related literature and clinical trials to support the company’s drug development plan.
- Assist the clinical team in preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
- Assess overall filing, documentation, reporting and archiving process on ongoing basis for clinical trial activities.
- Assist with periodic review of study files for completeness.
- Archiving clinical research documents.
- Tracking and maintenance of any correspondence with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) or collaborative partners.
- Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) with preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial information, supplies, and maintenance of tracking information.
- Assist in implementing process improvements.
- Assist in clinical trial correspondence.
- Attend regular meetings as required.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a health-related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience working in a research-based environment.
- Master’s degree would be considered an asset.
