**Part-Time Administrative Assistant - Construction Project**

Location: 95 Falcon Ridge Drive, Winnipeg Manitoba

Position: Hybrid: Remote & On-Site

Compensation: $20 per hour

Hours: 16 - 21 hours per week (Flexible start and end times)

Term: 4-month trial period, with a review for potential extension on July 1, 2025

**About the Role**:
Riverbend Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our operations team on the _Residences at Linden Point. _This is a large commercial construction project with 138 suites, commercial kitchen and dining, and full parkade. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in administration work, build their resume with billing and safety work, and expand their management skillset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the invoices inputting the data into Quickbooks
- Organize and code receipts for cost allocation; reconcile credit card statements.
- Assist with onboarding new trade partners by collecting and organizing documentation.
- Set up new trades in Procore, including submittals and distribution groups.
- Scan and organize site paperwork (packing slips, fuel deliveries, etc.).
- Collect and manage on boarding documents for payroll and safety.
- Design and install job site signage.
- Update and formalize internal documents (checklists, procedures, contact lists).
- Procure basic construction and office supplies as needed.
- Maintain organization in the office and storage areas.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

While some responsibilities can be completed remotely, on-site work will be required at our job site trailer at 95 Falcon Ridge Drive. A balance of remote and on-site tasks will be necessary to fulfill the role effectively but flexibility and job satisfaction is our goal

- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance productivity.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, particularly in a medical office or dental setting.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software for administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office workflows is essential.
