**JOB DUTIES**
- Oversee new programs from part print design concept to the finished product
- Evaluate and update new and existing tool sources
- Check design concept of tool and follow up on the building of the mold.
- Assist in PPAP of new parts and tryouts
- Support Manufacturing on tooling issues (both Customers & Tool Shops)
- Track (review & assess) any program changes including new/reworked tools
- Attend Try-Outs as required
- Attend, participate, and lead engineering meetings
- Attend and participate in customer meetings
- Complete various reports as required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous automotive experience an asset
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and written and verbal communications skills
- Must possess the ability to conduct program launches and deal effectively with the customers
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Leadership capability
- Conviction to improve personally and support continuous improvement in the department and company as a whole
- High level of personal integrity
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**WORK CONDITIONS**
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals

- Overtime as required
- Weekend work may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
