We are a small, close-knit team looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to help drive sales efforts across both companies.

**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, including prospecting, client management, and helping to execute sales strategies. This is an in-person role based in Edmonton, where you will work directly with a small, dynamic team to drive company growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with prospecting new clients, conducting research, and identifying opportunities.
- Help maintain and update the CRM system, tracking sales progress and keeping client information current.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, materials, and proposals.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales initiatives and strategies.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales support, coordination, prospecting, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Pipeliner) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
