**Sales Associate - New Homes Sales**

Looking for an Area Sales Manager for one of our busy estate community's Duties include but are not limited too:

- Selling from a showhome sales centre, maintaining the showhome and sales centre marketing literature.
- Gathering and logging information on prospective clients and sales centre traffic.
- Successful conversion of prospective clients to home buyers.
- Representing the builder in a new home sales capacity.
- Ability to guide clients through the discovery and sales process.
- A strong knowledge and background in new home sales is required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ambition and self drive are imperative.
- Customer management throughout the new home building process.
- Building and prospecting both through show home traffic and other channels.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A thorough understanding of mortgages and other financing options
