**Park Royal Homes is looking for a New Home Specialist to join its sales team. Park Royal Homes is an award-winning builder with a focus on customer service and superior quality.**

**Your Role**
Assist and manage clients through the purchase, selection, construction,
and post occupancy process of building a new home.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Professionally greet and engage potential buyers and current clients in our Sales Centre.
- Answer questions while gathering client information to be used for future follow up.
- Develop a strong knowledge of all Park Royal Homes products and the communities in which we sell.
- Prepare all required paperwork, including Purchase Agreements and client selections.
- Evaluate and maintain signage in the area.
- Monitor progress of both client homes and quick possessions.
- Maintain contact with financial and real estate partners, and suppliers.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming Sales Centre and show home.
- Assist in social media content creation, posts, and follow up
- Show Home hours are Monday - Thursday 3pm - 8pm and Saturday and Sunday and holidays from 12pm - 5pm. Show Homes are closed on Fridays.

**Your Qualifications**

You have outstanding people skills and are professional, motivated and energetic. You have excellent follow-up and are detail oriented, well organized and have excellent computer skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales performer who excels in offering exceptional customer service and has a passion for the new home construction industry. New home sales an asset.

Pay: $30,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 2 years (preferred)
