**Overview**
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the **Area Sales Manager** will be responsible for ensuring the efficient process of sales in their territory along with providing the best customer service to current and future customers.

- Master communicator with all key stakeholders in the sales and construction process.

- Acts and thinks like an owner; you are responsible for millions of dollars of inventory and a retail centre and you treat it with an ownership lens.

- Genuine love and passion for real estate - this industry is what you live for & is what makes you hop of out bed in the morning
**Qualifications for this role**:
- Post-secondary education - experience and superior communication skills accepted in lieu of education.
- 4+ years new home sales experience; you know and love our industry and 'get it'.
- 2 years marketing or business development experience. Your ownership lens means that you participate in the marketing of your retail centre and procurement of future opportunities.

**Salary**: $31,200.00-$153,326.00 per year

**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
