**COMPANY**

**POSITION**

Montorio Homes is searching for an Area Sales Manager with a minimum 1 - 3 years of New Home Sales experience. This position may cover various areas within the Northern Alberta Region.

You will be responsible for sales activity from lead generation through to possession and follow up of home purchases. This includes a strong customer service focused including having regular, bi-weekly contact, with customers during the build process.

You will be assisting, and making recommendations to potential customers, in finding financing solutions to successfully purchase a new home.

Show home hours are approximately 30 hours per week, generally from 3 pm to 8 pm, Mondays to Thursdays and noon to 5 pm, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

This is a full-time role and is required to work extra time outside of show home hours for meetings, negotiations, administration, events, and follow-up.

You would report into the Sales and Marketing Director.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A proven track record in Sales success in the new home sale industry
- 1 - 3 years of New Home Sales experience
- ‪You must be highly organized and detail orientated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ‪A proven ability to manage customers with varying needs
- A service focused individual who stays in touch with customers during build process
- Access to a vehicle is required to travel to new home sites.

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- Our Area Managers get paid the top commission rate in the industry with a guaranteed minimum of $31,100 per year up to $200K+ for our top sales people
