No Limit Landscaping is an established independent landscape construction and design company known for its excellent customer service and quality of work. Being one of the numerous landscaping companies, our ambition and customer service is what distinguishes us from the rest.

We are based out of Vancouver and service across Metro-Vancouver. Employment is full-time, based in residential installation/construction (hardscaping) and is year-round with opportunity to do snow removal during the winter months.

**Landscape Construction Lead-Hand**

- Construction of a wide variety of landscape structures such as water features, retaining walls, fences, paths, etc.
- Work closely with Foreman and team to ensure project is completed in a timely manner
- Assist Foreman by occasionally manage crew
- Operate various tools and equipment, including cut-off saws, shovels, jackhammers, heavy equipment, drills, etc.
- Work closely with Foreman to ensure job is running efficiently
- Moving and transporting of building materials using hands, shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, machines, etc.
- Perform maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, cleaning and lubricating on a daily basis
- Snow removal during winter months

**Essential Skills and Requirements**
- Owning your own vehicle is a huge asset but not required (We service all of Metro-Vancouver and employees are required to get themselves to site)
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract - occasional operation of company truck
- Fluent in English
- Minimum one-year experience with skidsteer and excavator
- Minimum two-year of landscape construction (hardscape) experience
- Minimum one-year experience working with all aspects of stone, concrete, pavers and wall systems
- Able to read and understand landscape construction plans
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting and strenuous activity
- Calculating proper quantities for material required for daily tasks

**Assets**
- Having access to your own vehicle
- Experience in operating truck with trailer attached

**Compensation**
- $28-32/hour dependent upon skills & experience with landscape construction (Paving stones, installing retaining walls and water features etc.)
- Quarterly profit sharing after 3 months probationary period

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
