**About the Role**:We are seeking an innovative and results-driven **Marketing Manager** to join our dynamic team at Circuit Energy. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to lead impactful marketing initiatives that not only drive sales growth but also expand our footprint in the energy industry across North America. You will collaborate across departments, bringing strategic marketing insights and a visionary approach to engage our audience and strengthen brand presence & loyalty.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Multi-Channel Marketing Strategies**: Plan, develop, and lead diverse marketing strategies aimed at driving sales growth and expanding brand reach.
- **Manage Digital and Social Media Presence**: Oversee social media accounts and website content to enhance customer engagement, build brand loyalty, and foster positive public relations.
- **Optimize Online Media with SEO**: Implement effective SEO techniques to improve online visibility and attract target audiences.
- **Research Market Trends and Innovate**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging marketing opportunities, brainstorming new ideas to keep our brand competitive.
- **Coordinate and Manage Advertising Budgets**: Develop and oversee financial documents for advertising campaigns, including budgets, estimates, and contracts, to ensure effective resource allocation.
- **Liaise with Key Stakeholders**: Communicate and negotiate with ad agencies, team members, and external content creators to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- **Problem-Solve Campaign Issues**: Proactively address challenges and troubleshoot campaigns to maintain momentum and reach goals.
- **Measure and Analyze Campaign Success**: Gather and analyze customer feedback and campaign data to refine strategies and optimize future performance.
- **Develop Brand Positioning and Messaging**: Craft and refine the brand’s voice, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms to reinforce brand identity.
- **Lead a Collaborative Marketing Team**: Mentor and guide marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to support professional growth and deliver on marketing objectives.
- **Monitor Competitor Activity**: Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed of industry standards and identify areas for differentiation and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, HubSpot & Account Based Marketing) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, overseeing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CRM systems.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, coordinating with external vendors, and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content and messaging.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize marketing strategies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with proven experience in mentoring and developing marketing team members.
- Creative thinker with a strategic vision and an eye for detail, able to adapt to changing trends and market demands.
