Reporting to the Project Manager, the incumbent will liaise between the field and office and be responsible for coordinating project operations including people, equipment and materials required to complete each project on time and on budget. The incumbent is an energetic individual who can work independently as well as interact effectively with clients and internal/external stakeholders.

**What is the role?**
- Working with the Project Manager and Superintendent, plan and manage the implementation of contracts to meet or exceed the expectations and specifications/standards set, within or below costs and timelines
- Working closely with the Superintendent, Owner, Consultants, Subcontractors, Inspectors, and Regulatory Agencies to prepare and execute project plans
- Responsible for project documentation including contracts, change orders, correspondence and filing of documents, drawings, etc.
- Draft meeting minutes and correspondence
- Coordinate flow of information between project stakeholders
- Work closely with the Superintendent and decision makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective project delivery
- Coordinate project administration and safety program compliance, maintaining excellent working relationships with fellow employees, the Owner, Consultants, support services and other project stakeholders
- Support field leaders and crews to ensure timely and accurate communication of all information/documentation
- Assist with monitoring cost and quality control during construction
- Develop and maintain a current knowledge of new and emerging industry trends, technology, equipment, and techniques
- Assist to identify and implement efficiencies and cost reductions. Review process improvement suggestions, implement and share viable ones
- Project administration including pricing change orders, tracking requests for information and review drawings
- Perform regular schedule updates, working with the Superintendent and Project Manager

**What do we value?**
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering desirable
- P.Eng or C.E.T. Designation is an asset
- Excellent computer skills
- Minimum Class 5 Driver’s License
- Outstanding interpersonal and people skills
- Fiscally responsible
- Organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
