We are currently seeking a Project Manager Web and App) to lead, plan and execute a variety of digital projects, ranging from website and app builds, to martech platform implementations and journey/automation builds to ongoing campaign execution. As a Project Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our clients and lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts ensuring that we deliver exceptional work to our clients, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple digital projects end-to-end, from discovery and solutioning to technical development and implementation.
- Structure and maintain project timelines; track deliverables efficiently.
- Manage to the project budget and Statement of Work. Contribute to the development of both.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Propose solutions to address identified risks and ensure escalations are raised appropriately.
- Communicate proactively with account leadership about project timelines and updates, new client requests, and change requests.
- Manage peer-level client relationships as the primary client contact for all project inquiries and needs
- Contribute to an environment that fosters innovation, problem solving and knowledge sharing
- Lead the execution of QA and testing plans; actively participate in testing.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience; PMP or Certified Scrum Master designation preferred.
- Hands-on experience with website or app development and martech implementations (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Data Cloud) strongly preferred
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and the development process
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills as well as an attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to interpret client needs and translate them for technical teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple deliverables and tight timelines
- Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) protocols and ownership of QA sign-off for all deliverables
We are located in Liberty Village, Toronto. This is a hybrid role and we are in-office 3 days a week.
