Our company handles a wide variety of jobs including, asbestos, lead, mold and vermiculite abatement throughout the lower mainland.

**Job Type: Part Time & Full-time Positions**Salary**: $18.00 to $26.00 /hour depending on experience
- You are entitled to a $500 safety equipment allowance after 1,000 hours.
- Learn and grow with HLC - lots of room for advancement into lead-hand, foreman roles and company sponsored AHERA Certified Training.

**Requirements**:

- Be physically fit and able to carry up to 50Lbs
- Capable of performing the various physically demanding actions required
- Ability to transform information into action
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Also able to do work in clean demolition environment
- Preferred current certifications (High Risk Abatement Training, First Aid and Fall Protection)
- MUST have valid BC driver's licence as project locations vary.
- 2+ years experience in construction industry.
- Able to work flexible hours - Monday to Saturday
- Must provide PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed. We are currently working 8hr days, 6 days/wk. (everything after 40hrs is overtime)
- A general work day runs from 7:30am to 4:00pm daily. Also work available on the weekends.
- Able to work flexible hours - Monday to Saturday
