**HOW YOU FIT IN**

Our Removals Team Members provide support to our Crew Chiefs and Operations Manager and maintain a high level of professionalism while working on all job sites of Big Lug Disposal & Recycling.

This position is 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays, starting IMMEDIATELY. Some evening hours will be required but this is solely dependant on individual jobs.

We are looking for someone who is willing to continue to grow with the company. With time, new skills will be taught and more incentives offered.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Following the direction of the Crew Chief and / or Operations Manager
- Loading and unloading of furniture, general household rubbish and/or construction and demolition debris into our trailers and bins
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients while maintaining a professional attitude with exceptional manners

**REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have an appropriate level of fitness to lift and move objects of a wide variety of shapes and sizes
- Flexible hours to accommodate changing start and finish times
- Great professional attitude with exceptional manners
- Must hold a Class 5 drivers license
- Must have a reliable means of communication (working cell phone)
- Successful completion of Grade 12

**HIGHLY DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post Secondary education of any kind
- Previous experience in demolition and/or construction
- Experience driving trucks and trailers
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, efficiency, and oral communication skills
