**Compensation**: $50,000-60,000 / year (full-time / permanent)

The business analyst will work in a delivery process that covers both big projects and small enhancements. We are looking for someone that will understand the business, finance, and IT side of the requirements, how they impact end users and systems. The analyst will also participate in the solution design process.

**What you’ll do here**:

- Lead and support requirements gathering session with business and/or technical experts and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform data queries, data analysis, challenge requirements, and solve for data flow improvements or updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document end-to-end solutioning that meets the business requirements.
- Prepare and present design documents to executives and stakeholders that focuses on how the data will flow and be transformed throughout the ecosystem.
- Track progress, list work to be done and meet timelines.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, management of information systems, or business intelligence or other relevant degrees.
- Studies/minor in finance or accounting is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in gathering clear and complete requirements and in synthetizing and presenting to colleagues and executives.
- Proficiency in the use of Office 365, Excel, Visio.
- Knowledge of restoration and/or insurance industry is a strong asset.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Can learn quickly.
- Strong analytical skills, insight and discipline.
- Leadership skills, team player, independent and efficient.
- Can interact with a variety of people at all levels of the organization, including management and certain external contributors.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
