**Description**:
This role is responsible for undertaking collection activities related to fines imposed by the Ontario Court of Justice in accordance with the Provincial Offences Act. This role will ensure all available enforcement methods are utilized, monitor the integrity of the electronic collection database and perform statistical analysis. The Collections Coordinator, POA will prepare financial reconciliation of POA defaulted account activities, review current collection processes and strategies, as well as provide quality customer service with respect to inquiries regarding fines, administrative and collection processes and various court operations.

As the Collections Coordinator, POA you will perform the following duties, including but not limited to:

- Monitor delinquent POA fine accounts and coordinate the collections of unpaid fines using the automated Collection Administration Management System (CAMS)
- Maintain collection database, import/export reports, update debtor files, generate and mail notices, calculate post judgement interest
- Prepare and file with the appropriate court all required documents including certificates of default, writs of seizure and sale and wage garnishment orders in the collection of unpaid fines
- Coordinate the assignment of collection matters to third party collection agencies and credit reporting agencies, reconcile collection activity with CAMS and ICON software
- Prepare comprehensive financial and statistical analysis and reports regarding the collection program

This position offers a salary range of $67,010.34 - $80,895.32 plus a competitive benefit package.
