**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**:

- Provide timely responses to clients' questions, offering clear information about services and procedures.
- Ensure that all communications are professional and maintain a high level of customer service.
- **Client Information Management**:

- Download, organize, and maintain accurate client files and documents in an efficient manner.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and storing documents in a digital format for easy access.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Oversee the company’s social media presence on platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Respond to messages and inquiries, post relevant content, and ensure the company's online presence is up-to-date and professional.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks as required.
- Prepare and send correspondence, documents, and reports as requested.
- **Software Applications**:
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in Spanish and English** (both written and spoken) is required.
- **Proficiency in social media platforms** including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and others, with the ability to communicate effectively via these channels.
- **Strong computer skills**, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe (PDF).
- **Organizational skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to detail**: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks, including managing client information and communicating clearly.
- **Excellent communication skills**, both verbal and written.
- **Customer service-oriented** with a friendly, professional demeanor.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in an office environment, especially within a tax or legal company, is a plus.
- Knowledge of tax-related processes and terminology is a bonus, but not required.
