**Part time Permanent - MON-FRI - 7 AM TO 12 PM or 7 AM TO 3:30 PM**

Job Location: TORONTO, ON

NRS GENERAL SERVICES Wood Coating provides services including mill work, custom made kitchen cabinets for residential and commercial buildings. We are urgently looking for SHOP HELPER OFFICE ASSISTANT with hands on work at the shop to add into our team.
- **Take measurements on Excel**
- **Invoicing**
- **Taping**
- **Help with shipping / Wrapping**
- **Providing support to our director and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities as well help with the production team**
- **Perform general office duties and provide administrative support.**
- **Schedule and confirm shipments.**
- **Answer administrative questions and pass along unresolved issues to management.**
- **Order office / shop supplies and maintain inventory.**
- **In the absence of the management, handles administrative complaints, receives and organizes documents and reports to the management.**
- **Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.**

**Keep shop clean and organized**
- Skills Requirements:

- Completion of Secondary School is mandatory.
- Minimum two years’ experience in administration is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills.
- Extremely organized, excellent coordination & collaboration skills, Superior oral and written communication skills, Strong proficiency in English.
- Ability to handle confidential material and situations with tact and discretion.
- Strong ability to take initiative and complete tasks as assigned.
- Good team player
