OTT Financial Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve in our wealth management team.

**Duties**:

- Engage with clients to assess needs and develop tailored solutions in relation to cash management, finances, insurance coverage, investments, retirement and estate planning and taxation;
- Analyze clients’ financial records to enable the establishment of goals and development of a financial strategy;
- Increase clients’ confidence by providing personalized advice, answering questions and addressing concerns while raising matters as appropriate to team members while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy;
- Identify potential new clients through networking, seminars and referrals;
- Develop and maintain good relationship with clients and external partners;
- Implement and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.

**Qualifications required**:

- At least one-year relevant experience is required;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to handle all situations with diplomacy;
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with mínimal supervision;
- Excellent organization and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
