Title: Accounting Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and tax preparation for clients in the public practice sector, as well as corporate accounting functions within the organization.
- Prepare consolidated financial statement.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including month-end and year-end close processes, budgeting, and accounts receivable.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely deliverables for external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and providing strategic financial advice to support their business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks in both public practice engagements and corporate operations.
- Prepare financial analysis and reports for senior management and external stakeholders, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends, ensuring compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and other relevant guidelines in both public practice and corporate accounting environments.
- Assist with external audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements for clients and the organization as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in public practice and corporate accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit procedures.
- Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting, both for external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent speaking in English and Korean required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
