Here's how a(n) Human Resources Program Specialist for our Edmonton NAHQ office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Leads project management and support for company-wide HR programs.
- Collaborates with experts to design HR processes and initiatives.
- Researches and recommends solutions based on feedback, trends, and legislation.
- Creates high-quality documentation, reporting, and communication for HR programs.
- Develops and tracks project schedules, tasks, and milestones.
- Executes and manages training strategies for HR programs.
- Recommends solutions for HR programs.
- Provides data analysis and tracks metrics to measure ROI for HR programs.
- Evaluates and updates HR programs to improve quality.
- Manages relationships with external vendors and maintains program budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Postsecondary diploma or degree in HR or related discipline.
- Relevant designation and 7 years of progressive Human Resources or Organizational Development experience preferred.
- Advanced understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Proven discretion in handling confidential information.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong business acumen and critical-thinking skills.
- Proven project management experience and results orientation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable systems.
