We are looking for a Project Administrator to perform a wide range of administrative support for the project management team to facilitate the efficient operation of each project. Your responsibilities as a Project Administrator include the following and probably a few more: - Support all Project Manager’s in a timely manner with administrative duties - Issue Purchase Orders to vendors & approval of vendor invoices - Follow up on internal tasks/communications - Work in conjunction with the PM team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget - Arrange couriers and shipments - Entering project quotes into ERP system - Coordination of survey and installations - Assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements - Manage information and work flow ensuring appropriate handling of incoming requests - Taking minutes at meetings and providing a summary with action items to required parties **REQUIREMENTS**: - 2+ years of work experience in an administrative role - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office - Experience with ERP system (will train) - Strong communication and documentation skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multi-task - Exceptional time management skills. - Ability to collaborate and work effectively with general contractors, colleagues, developers, and other internal and external clients and stakeholders. **Benefits**: - Competitive wage - Group Health Benefits - Employee and Family Assistance program - Group RSP Matching Program - Quarterly company events People who do well at Twilight are confident, accountable and motivated to learn and grow.
