We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team and lead our talent acquisition efforts to meet the company’s growth needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing recruitment processes, establishing organizational structure, and optimizing talent selection methods.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop Recruitment Plans: Oversee departmental recruitment needs based on business growth and create detailed hiring plans accordingly.

Recruitment Channel Development: Source and evaluate potential recruitment channels and assess employees' development status for better hiring alignment.

Organizational Structure & Performance Management: Design, implement, and improve the company's organizational structure and performance evaluation systems.

Collaboration with Recruitment Agencies: Identify and collaborate with recruitment agencies to post job listings across multiple platforms and attract top talent.

Talent Selection & Retention Strategy: Formulate effective talent selection frameworks and establish a talent reserve system for future growth.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in recruitment or HR management, preferably within a similar industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage high-stakes hiring decisions.

Expertise in organizational development, performance appraisal systems, and recruitment strategies.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and other HR tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
