As we continue to expand and refine our operations, we are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional who is ready to bring positive energy, operational support, and strong HR fundamentals to a dynamic frontline environment.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and policy compliance.
- Act as a resource to frontline leadership teams and staff on HR processes and best practices.
- Coordinate and support recruitment and staffing processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation and systems are up to date.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training support, and internal communications.
- Ensure HR practices comply with employment legislation and resort policies.
- Contribute to a healthy, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Mandarin speaking and writing required.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in hospitality, tourism, or operations-focused industries.
- Strong working knowledge of BC Employment Standards and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with onsite and remote teams.
- Excellent communication, discretion, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
- CPHR designation or enrollment is an asset but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
