We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining beautiful landscapes and gardens, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-kept and thriving. This position requires a combination of physical labor, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors.

**Duties**
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete various landscaping projects.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by maintaining and troubleshooting equipment used in landscaping tasks.
- Operating equipment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and properly storing tools after use.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance is required
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools is essential for performing various tasks effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for maintaining equipment used on the job.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and garden maintenance.

Pay: $20.00-$22.57 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

- 8 hour shift
