**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. As a Crew Leader, you will guide your team in various landscaping duties, including garden maintenance, lawn maintenance, mulching, spring/fall clean up, debris removal etc. Your leadership skills will be essential in fostering a productive work environment and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

**Duties**
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in daily operations.
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Oversee and delegate duties to maintenance crew members.
- Build and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features.
- Train new team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely by crew members.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to ensure it meets company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscaping or related fields with a focus on leadership roles for minimum of 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn and garden care.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid G driver's license required for transportation to job sites.
- Strong knowledge of equipment such as, lawn mowers, z style mowers, string trimmers, chainsaws, leaf blowers etc.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
