Bobcaygeon Shores Cottage Resort is looking for a reliable and responsible **Seasonal Maintenance Team Member / Park Patrol** to support our evening operations. This hybrid role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all resort guests while helping maintain a secure and respectful atmosphere during evening hours.

**Regular Duties - Maintenance & Groundskeeping**:

-  Support the Property Manager in maintaining resort cleanliness and order.
-  Assist with minor property repairs, proactive maintenance of septic, water treatment.
-  Assist with maintaining and closing the pool.

**Evening Patrol Responsibilities**:

-  Perform regular walking or driving patrols around the property.
-  Monitor for noise complaints, unsafe behavior, and unauthorized visitors.
-  Address guest concerns in a calm and professional manner.
-  Secure buildings and common areas at end of day.
-  Complete nightly reports and communicate incidents to Property Manager.

**Lines of Communication**:
Reports directly to the **Property Manager** daily. Collaborates with the front office and other resort staff as needed.

**Schedule & Term**:

-  **Part-time, Seasonal**
-  **Contract Length**: May through November (approx. 6 months)
-  **Hours**: Primarily evening shifts (2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm), with weekend and holiday availability required (8-hour shifts)

**Pay**:
**$18-$20/hour** (based on experience)

**Qualifications**:

-  Previous maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
-  Comfortable working independently and in low-light settings
-  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-  Customer service mindset with a professional demeanor
-  Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bobcaygeon, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
