**Description**:
As the Manager of In-Store Sales Advisors, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, enhancing the customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of Steam Dry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor In-Store Sales Advisors to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote Steam Dry services within the store.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize operational processes and efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- English Proficiency is mandatory. French is preferred.
- Valid Driving License
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a cleaning services or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with cleaning industry standards and best practices is a plus.
- Experience working in a retail environment is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
