**Parking Maintenance / Parking Enforcement**

Pay rate: $17.00 Per Hour

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm

License is required and no new drivers.

**What You'll Do**

The Parking Lot Patroller will conduct random patrols throughout client properties. You will observe and report security issues inconsistent to the safety and well-being of our tenants and visitors. You will also provide first line response to emergency situations and carry
out the policies and procedures of client management. If you're a responsible individual with a knack for enhancing security procedures and strengthening client rapport.
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience, especially in difficult situations.
- Remain calm and professional even when dealing with challenging customers.
- Issue fee parking notices to vehicles not in compliance with parking policy and procedure.
- Utilize pay-by-phone and electronic validation systems to ensure vehicles in lots are authorized.
- Answer all pertinent questions related to the parking facility while on site.
- Follow up with management on any potential customer service issues.
- Assist customers with proper use of pay stations
- Perform minor maintenance as needed.
- Assist customer with issues related to mobile phones and pay by phone app.

**What We Want From You**:

- At least 18 years of age
- Prefer high school diploma or equivalent
- General maintenance/custodial experience
- Comfortable with devices running both Android and Apple Operating Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy working in a high energy, challenging environment
- Valid Driver's license & Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

- Able to use stairs when required
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
