**Overview**:
**MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER AND HAVE A VALID LICENSE. NO LEARNERS PERMITS OR LICENSES WITH L OR N ON THE LICENSE.**

We are seeking a highly skilled, FLUENT IN ENGLISH and experienced Evening Mobile Patrol Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Mobile Patrol Driver, you will be responsible for patrolling a variety of client sites and ensuring the safety of our premises, employees, and visitors. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of loss prevention and surveillance techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shifts are 4 on 4 off ( 9 pm to 7 am )
- Supervise evening mobile security patrols and ensure adherence to patrol routes and schedules
- Conduct regular patrols of client premises to detect and deter unauthorized activity
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed
- Maintain accurate patrol logs and incident reports
- Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in security supervision or a related field
- Valid security license issued by the Nova Scotia Justice Department
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Proficiency in using mobile patrol technology and reporting systems
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
