Global Reservations Coordinator

The Global Reservations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the engagement strategies within the Sales Centre to ensure RM Team Members a recognized for their achievements and/or milestones with the organization.
**Key Areas of Accountability**
**Team Management and Engagement**:
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and attending RM Sales Centre activities and events
- Coordinate team communication and support such as:
- Advertising & collateral requests
- Recognizing Sales Milestones
- Maintaining team celebration calendar and aid in team event coordination
- Updating Sales Centre video monitors with timely and relevant materials
- Chair the Sales Centre Engagement Committee
- Drive engagement efforts with the remote members of the Inside Sales Teams
**Emergency Operations Delivery**:
- Maintain the Sales Centre Emergency Operations SOPs
- Support communication to Trade Partners following Irregular Operations and Emergency Operations
- Ensure Field Coordinators have required messaging and guests lists
**Event Planning**:
- Plan and coordinate:
- All Sales Team social activities throughout the year
- Annual Inside Sales Congress (Sales Meeting)
- Inside Sales involvement in Annual Strategy Summit
- Tradeshow and consumer events; as required
**Salesforce Administration**:
- Data entry and maintenance of Salesforce Campaigns and Marketing Plan
- Creating and running reports
- Contract administration
- Invoice processing through Salesforce
- Salesforce account updates
**Accounting**:
- Processing of Sales Centre invoices
- Payroll tracking and submission for the Sales Centre
- Processing expense reports for team members and booking employee travel
- Payment tracking with Finance
**General Tasks**:
- Marketing collateral coordination
- Merchandise sourcing
- Travel agency support
- General administrative tasks as needed and/or assigned
- Attend and participate in industry events, site inspections and trade & consumer shows as needed
- Other duties, as assigned
**Qualifications**
**Education / Certifications / Knowledge**
- High School graduation, supplemented by atleast one-year post-secondary education in general or business administration
- Background in Account Management; is preferred
**Experience**
- 2 - 5 years’ experience within the Travel/Tourism industry
- Meeting and/or event planning experience an asset
**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Time management and organization skills
- Accuracy and detail oriented; high sense of urgency
- Comfortable in multi-tasking environment
- Critical thinker who can work independently
- Flexibility to work different schedules; as may be required
