Daeco HR is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 5+ years of headhunting experience who is organized, resourceful, bold, fast-paced and a forward-thinking leader to join our team and help our clients:
Strategize with clients and assess their vacancies to ensure the right people are in the right seats at the right time.
- Use with our solid recruitment processes including assisting with all stages of the recruitment process:
DESIGN - Create a targeted job ad, post the job and identify top talent. We make sure the job ad attracts the best in the industry.

SOURCE - Scour LinkedIn and other social platforms, ask around, use your extensive network. We turn over every rock for our clients.

INTERVIEW - In-person/virtual interviews with the hiring manager. We make sure we are that extra set of experienced eyes and ears for our clients.
- OFFER - Negotiate and present the offer. We ask the questions about how this offer aligns with the client’s current total compensation structure.

**About consulting.**

The consulting lifestyle gives you flexibility and time to have a balanced life. It is not always consistent work. This position is not for someone who is looking for a stable and consistent 40-hour workweek. We require daytime availability because that’s when your clients will want to meet or talk with you.
