We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter/Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new employers to partner with our company, expanding our client base, and enhancing our recruitment and marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential employers who are in need of immigration services.
- Find employers who are looking for recruitment services.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new business clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Track and report on marketing and recruitment activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian job market and immigration services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
